What is the retail price per mug?

Each NorthStar Mug retails for $18.00. Every mug comes in a gift box with a bow included — no extra wrapping needed. We offer volume discounts starting at 12 mugs.

How do I qualify for wholesale pricing?

Accepted Answer

Wholesale pricing starts at a minimum order of 12 mugs per design. You can mix and match designs across all 14 categories. Discounts range from 20% off (12–47 mugs) up to 40% off (240+ mugs). Contact us or fill out our wholesale inquiry form to get started.

What is the minimum order for bulk/wholesale?

Accepted Answer

The minimum order for wholesale pricing is 12 mugs. You can mix designs freely across our 14 categories. For custom mugs with your logo or design, the minimum is 24 mugs.

Do you offer custom mug designs?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer three custom options: (1) Logo Addition — add your business logo to any existing design (min. 24 mugs), (2) Custom Design — work with our team to create a unique Nordic design (min. 24 mugs), and (3) Event Mugs — commemorate your festival or event. Lead time is 3–4 weeks after design approval.

What are the mug specifications?

NorthStar Mugs are 11 fl oz ceramic mugs. They measure 4.75" across (including handle) and 3.75" tall, weighing 12.5 oz. They are microwave safe and hand wash is preferred. Each mug comes in a gift box with bow.

How long does shipping take?

Standard orders ship within 3–5 business days. Bulk and wholesale orders may take 5–7 business days depending on quantity. Custom orders ship within 3–4 weeks of design approval. We ship throughout the USA.

What is your return and refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We accept returns on undamaged, unused mugs within 30 days of purchase. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will replace it at no charge.

NorthStar Mugs are designed and produced in America, celebrating the Scandinavian heritage of the Upper Midwest. Our designs are inspired by Nordic folk art, traditions, and culture.

We currently offer 14 design categories with approximately 10 individual designs per category — over 140 unique Nordic-themed mug designs in total. Categories include Dala Horse, FIKA, Viking, Hygge, Midsommar, Lutefisk, Cabin Life, Sverige/Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Lindström MN, and Nordic Folk Art.
